Cannot create expense report: data fields inactive

Hi there! I have an issue with Concur expenses: I cannot create an expense report, as required data fields are not active: Employee ID, Cost Object Type, Cost Object, Cost Object's Company Code. I cannot add this data, and the system doesn't allow me to go further to report expenses. Please advise what to do.

Good Morning,

You should reach out to your Concur Administrator or look if those fields are populated in your employee profile.   If the fields are not modifiable, it is likely that it is a copy down from the employee profile and the information is not there.    If it is not that, they would need to put in a case with support to have those fields be modifiable at the header.
