Cannot Complete Expense Report

I keep getting the following message and no changes in my report resolve the issue.

"You are trying to submit an old Report created before some important system changes. You might also have copied an old report. Finance will not be able to reimburse your expenses. Please create a brand new report and build it up from scratch or move your expenses to it."

@wehu open up this report, select all the line items. Next, use the Move button to Move to New Report. That should fix the issue.
