Cancel or delete an approved reimbursement claim

Hello everyone,

i need to cancel an approved reimbursement claim, as the approved claim is extra money due to some error in currency 

so is it possible to cancel or edit the approved claim?

@amrasfour if the approved claim is in a closed batch, then the answer is no. If it has been approved, but the batch isn't closed, an expense processor should be able to recall it back to the processor step, then delete it or edit it from there. 

I take it the claim has been fully approved, is that correct?
