Can you audit who deleted a claim

Hi, I have someone who's claim was deleted after it was pushed back and they are adamant they did not delete the claim. Are we able to audit who deleted a claim or is it only the original claimant that can do this?

From Concur UI, as a user or as a expense processor we cannot see deleted report. Please raise a support ticket with Concur and provide below details:
