Can we have two different credit card feeds active at one time?

We are transitioning from one bank to another and would like to have both credit card feeds active for a short period of time. Is this possible?

Yes, this is definitely possible. I agree it's a good idea as well. We kept our old feed open for 90 days after the contract with our previous bank ended, which I believe the bank recommended.

@SueW @JessicaL is spot on in her response. We often see our customers using two different credit cards for various different reasons. Keeping the old card feed open for a while is very important to make sure all transactions get reconciled before switching off the feed.
