Can an employee see a total mileage claim for a set period (without requesting a report)? From what I have seen, it looks like this can only be calculated manually. Thanks.

I don't think it can be done, it has to be done manually as you say.

On the other hand, in my company I give it to the employee who requests it by executing a report.
Talk to your Concur administrator to give you the information.

@db1 Hello.  If I am understanding your question correctly, for Personal Car Mileage where the end user registered their vehicle the user is able to go into their Profile>Expense Settings>Personal Car to see the accumulated distance to date based upon the period of the car configuration.  Ex) Jan through Dec.  For US users where they do not register a vehicle, unfortunately no this would be done manually to find the total miles.  I hope this helps.

@cjmarimo @db1  I did get confirmation that this is not possible without a custom report.
