Can a cash advance be approved by an approver using the Mobile App?

See title - trying to determine if a Cash Advance can be approved in the mobile app. Right now I am only able to approve these from the Desktop (web) version.

@mcrackin the latest documentation I found was from December 2021 and as of then it was not supported on the mobile app.
