Can I change 'Tax Amount' to an other Amount type field(EntryCustomField)?

I'm trying to FI posting with ICS Connector.

I want to change the 'Tax Posted Amount' field to Entry Custom Amount field.

Is it possible?

If so, Can you please tell me how?
