Can I add custom named fields to the Extract File that are not on Expense screen?

Hello,

 

I am working on modifying our extract file for our monthly AMEX charges and am curious if there is a way to add additional custom fields/columns that can be renamed? For example, I would like to add 1 for our "Invoice Reference #" and 1 for our "Post Period" which vary each month. Currently I have 2 placeholder/blank columns but there is no way to distinguish which one is for which field.

Ashley, I believe that is something in which the Export team can work with you. I suggest you create an Expense case and for Case Type: Jobs Export / Extract.

 

If it is a field in Concur they should be able to add it to your Export.
