I'm interested in how other Universities are detecting and handling use tax. (USD has to capture california use tax 7.75% if not captured by the supplier. Currently its a form field at the processer step. Then we do monthly reports to create a JE for the use tax into our use tax account. We pay the state quarterly I believe from that account.)
