@CVENEZI1 hello there. Reimbursements are done by your company by using Concur Expense to submit the expense for the certification. The SAP Concur site is different from this Community site. Reimbursements are done by signing in to: www.concursolutions.com. However, you will need a profile for that site. This should have or will need to be done by your company. I recommend speaking with your direct manager to see if you have a profile set up or not. If not, your manager will need to help you in getting a request submitted to get a profile.
