CITI Transactions do not appear in Concur!

Hello everyone!

Could you please help me?

There is an employee whose  transactions do not appear in his Concur profile, but they are visible in his CITI account.

How long does it take for CITI transactions to be processed to Concur? Date of those transactions is 19.04.2021, which is yesterday. Should he wait a couple more days?

Thank you so much in advance!

Regards,

Valeriya

dear @cherepudlo

Yes, give an additional couple of days extras to appear on Concur.

if by Friday are not showing yet, verify if his card account is correctly set up under the User Admin function, if you are the administrator of the system, otherwise ask them to verify that the card is matched to the employee ID number.

On average the Citi transactions will appear in Concur 24-48 hours after they have posted on to the statement.

If the transactions are still not there, then follow the admin tasks from @Munari_alEXPert and check the import/export files.

If nothing, then contact your Citibank rep and let them know the transactions are missing.

@cherepudlo Corporate card transactions usually take on average about 3 business days to appear in SAP Concur.
