CC Feeds not imported

Hello,

We have a import log which runs daily on MC program, recently we added a new VISA card & hierarchy into the profile and Corp card program support team from the bank confirmed that they placed the newly added visa card & hierarchy and created a test file to transmit & validate the card feeds/ transactions in concur.

How do i validate this test file because I don't see it in import logs (prod) under the CC Feed import name.

The CC support team confirmed to check in concur sandbox as well. Does concur sandbox mean using test credentials to check the file? Any help or thoughts appreciated.

@crazylevel Edited: I don't see anything related to VISA in your site. I checked your test site and your production site. All I see are imports related to MasterCard.

I would double-check with the implementation person you are working with from SAP Concur.
