Business Purpose for Field Employees

What are some examples of business purposes field employees need to imput for mileage reimbursement. Our employees currently put Field Sales but this is very vague. Any suggestions for business purposes that aren't as vague, but also not too detailed?

Thanks for starting this discussion! I am sure there are quite a few ways to approach this. I look forward to hearing what others have found to be effective.
