Bulk Downloading of Receipts

Hi everyone,

I need to download (or print to PDF) a bulk set of receipts within a 2-year date range of expense reports associated to a single Concur user, and associated to a specific Expense Type. I can view each ER individually, then save out the receipts, but as you would expect, it's time consuming. Are you aware of a way using reports or another function to get the receipts out of the ERs? Many thanks!

Unless you have the possibility of a technical team building a solution that makes use of the below Concur API, you have to do it one by one.

P.S. I would consider setting up an receipt extract solution as a overkill

Thanks Rohan! ... I agree with you that it is overkill since I only need it for a one-time Audit.

@TJanko I know it is a bit tedious to do one by one, but setting up a an API or receipt extract for a one-time audit doesn't make sense. Now, if you foresee needing this in the future, then it would something to consider.
