Break Down of Expenses

I was issuing a reimbursement request for someone and she did not receive the full amount and cannot see why she has not gotten her full refund without there being any mistakes in the reimbursement request. Is there a way to see a breakdown of her reimbursement?

@BreyanaMcGraw so I'm clear...you submitted an expense report on behalf of a colleague? I'm not sure how you could issue a reimbursement request but not be able to see a breakdown of the reimbursement. The only way you can see the breakdown is if you are this person's delegate or you are an expense processor. Are you either of these? If not, send me a private message with the employee's name and why they think they didn't receive the entire amount and what amount they expected to receive.
