Blank screen after modifying Policy

I modified one Policy to add a company to "Editable by".

 

Then I entered the account of a user to verify changes on her end. The screen for Managing Expenses is now blank!

 

I removed the company from "Editable by", and the screen is still blank for users attached to this company. Users attached to other legal entities do not have this issue.

 

What went wrong and how do I fix this?
