Best Report for reviewing year over year spend by employee and expense category

Help, I found a report that shows year over year spend by employee but I need to see year over year by employee and expense category.  I there a standard report already created? If so, where do I find?

There is a report named Expense Summary by Expense Type and Year, but there isn't one for Expense Type, Spend Category and Employee. 

You would have to use the Employee and Year and add Expense Type to this report.
