Batch Payments Cut-Off Time?

For Manual Batch processing, is there a time of day that closing the batch moves to the next day?  I have one report where I closed the batch, the payment demand was created and accepted the same day (10/16/2023).  I have another batch that was closed (10/10/2023) and the payment demand wasn't accepted until the following day (10/11/2023).  Once we close the batch our employees know that they will be reimbursed in 3-5 business days, but since we just closed a batch on 10/10/2023 and the payment demand wasn't accepted until the next day, tomorrow is now the 6th day that they would be repaid for their expenses, assuming they are repaid tomorrow since it hasn't hit their account yet.  Thank you!

@MeredithKay Payment batches run overnight. They are part of the Over Night Process (ONP), so there is no close time. The process will still run over bank holidays, but processing on the bank's end will be delayed because of the holiday. Do you know your ONP time?
