@dyandrc your company does require bank information, however you do not enter it directly into SAP Concur. You are to use a site specific to your company that then feeds the information to your SAP Concur profile.
I believe if you log into your SAP Concur account, go to the Company Notes section on the home screen. You may have to click Read More at the bottom of the Company Notes, but if I remember correctly there is information there regarding entering bank information.
