Bank account information not yet confirmed


I submitted my bank details on 22nd July. However, the status is still stuck on "Unconfirmed." I checked with my bank, and they have not received any authorization requests. Due to this blocking exception, I cannot submit my expense report.  Please help me in this regard. For more context, my bank is in Bangalore, India.

@raghudiddigi Did you enter your bank account information into your SAP Concur profile? I'm asking because some companies have their employees enter bank information into an internal site which feeds to SAP Concur. I just want to make sure what the exact situation is. I have found bank information takes longer to confirm when entered through a company's internal source.

@KevinD Yes. I entered the bank details in the SAP concur profile.
