We use BOOMI to integrate Concur with our backend system.
In the past, Concur would help with changes (e.g. add a field) when needed.
We were informed this week that they no longer provide this type of assistance.
If you use BOOMI, how are you dealing with the loss of support?
(We could go to CI, but all our other applications (SAP too) use BOOMI and we want just one standard).
