Solved: Audit rule - character limit

hello - is it possible to set up an audit rule to limit the amount of characters that are entered in a free text field?

The number of characters allowed in concur is more than what our ERP system will allow so when the business reason description comes through to our accounting system it cuts off some of the explanation.

@erin_hilly limiting characters in a field is done through the Forms and Fields area of site configuration. You will need to submit a ticket to SAP Concur Support to have them do this.

BTW...for configuration questions, like this one, I suggest posting them in the Admin Group. You are much more likely to get a quicker response posting there.
