Audit Rule to limit expense type being used within every 2 yeats

Has anyone been able to set up an audit rule to limit the use of an expense type within a certain time frame?  

We have an expense type for our mobile devices that can only be claimed every 2 years so we are trying to setup and audit rule that will restrict the expense type from being used more than once within that 2 year (730 days) time frame but not sure how the audit rule time_frame query will be built

Thoughts?

@tstagliano this is not possible as Concur only allows for an audit rule to span a one year time frame.
