@JQuimby I want to preface my response by saying I have not personally tested this. However, I would think that since a PCard Program gets assigned to a Policy and a Policy is gets assigned to an Employee Group, that once a user is assigned to an Employee Group, the PCard Program associated to the Policy for that group would apply to the user.
Also, I am about 90% sure there is some sort of employee import you can do to assign users to PCard programs. I would also post this question in the Admin Group to see if there are any Admins using PCards and can provide some insight.
