When assigning a corporate credit card to a user, what does Concur use to match them up? Name, email address?

yes, that is a required field in the application process. when we approve applications, we confirm the employee entered the correct employee ID

We use the employee ID to match it to their Concur profile

I didn't realize it was something we could choose. I suppose that's in the initial setup?

All of our employees have employee ID (number) assigned to them in their user profile. When employees apply for a corporate card, we make it a required field for employees to enter their employee ID in the applications. Once the card is issued and transactions are fed into the system (we have a corporate card file feed), the employee ID is what syncs the transaction to the correct employee.

And you give the credit card company their employee ID when you issue the credit card?
