As a first-time user, how do I get login information for my SAP Concur account?

Hi i had an account set up in 2016 but it will now not accept my email/username - can you please let me now how to set up a new account? Many thanks

Are you still at the same company where your 2016 account was setup? Also, are you a site administrator?

It's possible your account was deactivated or that you just need to reset your password? If you are a site admin, you should be able to view your profile. I need a little more information to help you get this figured out.

Your account is specific to the company where you are employed, so if you’ve changed jobs, you would have a new account.
