Approved for payment

I put through a train ticket to be expensed nearly 2 months ago, it got approved for payment on the 13th of july and nothing since, others that have done the same thing have said they got their money in 2 weeks and just want to know what to do.

@massimo-w best thing to do is reach out to your company's Finance, Accounting or Payroll department. They are the departments that usually oversee reimbursement payments.
