Approved and in accounting review

I have submitted and expense in June and has been approved by my manager however it has been in accounting reviewing since being approved. This expense was put on a company card. Will I be incurring late fees? It is now Aug 30 and it still hasn't been approved. I don't want to be responsible for any late fees.
