Hello! How can I clear this error for a new manager?

Approval flow for this report is not yet supported in Concur's mobile app. Please approve using this web version of Expense.

@jreeves you would need the new manager to log in to their SAP Concur profile using the web version of SAP Concur. If the new manager made you their approving delegate, then you could also log in to the web version and do the approval.

Thank you for the response. Once the manager logs on to the desktop version, will they be able to use the mobile version to approve reports?
