App going through to web page

Hi. I’ve got a new iPhone.  Now the concur app is going direct to the web version for some reason and I can’t get it onto the mobile version.  

I have got the latest version.   And I’ve deleted and re uploaded the app with no joy.   Can anybody help please?

@Jane1234 if you are still experiencing the issue, we've been told that you will need to submit a Help ticket to Concur Support. Your site administrator can do this for you. If you do not know who your site administrator is, please let myself or @Andras know.

Thanks so much.  I’ve done this.  They said it was some glitch that would get sorted.  And they would get back to me.  But they haven’t annoyingly.

You can try below setting which I have tried in my android. Hope it will work in iOS also considering app settings are same.

1. Go to mobile Settings

2. In Search >> type "Opening links" and double click to open

3. On next page >> from the listed apps >> click SAP Concur 

4. Disable "Open supported links" option.

5. Done.

Now open SAP Concur app, it will not open in browser.

Hope it will resolve your problem.

This initially was an iOS 18 bug that I believe has been addressed by SAP. Can you confirm this is working for you now? Have you updated your iOS version and App to the latest version?
