When I try to update I get a message saying "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact developers for more info"

I don't want to get a new phone but when I try to run Concur on my phone I get a message "Action needed: update your app" etc.
The app appears to open but will not upload receipts.
Please advise,
