American Express Credit card expenses not showing up

My American Express transactions quit showing up in July.  I have not changed my credit card and has been working great for the last year or so.  Was there a change that would cause them to not show up?

Hi @vzyxxk Kevin,

 

I would check with your internal helpdesk on this. Someone could have accidentally unassigned your card OR there may be a problem with the credit card feed. Your support team should be able to check and advise.

 

Normally, I will share some examples (date, amount, vendor for transactions that did not show up) with the support team. This should speed up the investigation.
