We continue to receive alerts daily saying: Concur Alert: Outstanding Credit Card Transactions when there are none in the Concur system. We had one recently for $1.38 on AMEX that we cleared with an expense report and noted as personal (AMEX was just clearing out a credit balance of $1.38 so we didn't want any payments to be sent to them). The expense report was approved and is out of the approval queue. However, these alerts won't stop. There are no expenses on the account to clear! How can we stop these alerts? Thanks.
@Vhurley2 could you send me a private message with the name of the employee that is receiving these alerts or who this card is assigned to, please? I'd like to take a look. Sometimes transactions get hidden by the system, but because they have uploaded into SAP Concur, the user will get notified that there is an outstanding transaction even though they cannot see it.
