Airline Credit, no receipt

My flight was rebooked by American Express Global Business Travel. There was no receipt provided for the credit, only for the rebook cost. How can I submit the credit without the receipt?

@darahchristie are you getting blocked from submitting because you don't have a receipt for the credit? If so, do you have the Missing Receipt Affidavit/Missing Receipt Declaration option? That is what you could use. 

 

My guess is that because the amount of the expense is negative, the system won't require a receipt. 

 

If not, you could just reuse the rebooking receipt and give an explanation in the Comment field for the credit.
