Affidavits- allowable use

Hello, 

Wondering, if there is an option to restrict the number of affidavits someone attach to a report, or if there is an inline message that can be visible to approvers so they can easily spot there is an affidavit in the report.

The audit rules/notifications wont do the job, as in a report can be many and the approvers are usually overwhelmed

@Eloutsi Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. I don't believe that today there is the ability to limit the number of receipt declarations a users can attach to an expense report. However, you can setup an audit rule with a specified exception message for your processors or approvers to see.
