Can someone let me know how can I add an Affidavit to the Receipts drop down?

I Can’t find the same options as the screen shots you sent. I just need to add Affidavits to the drop down options in the Receipt tab. This will help my employees to attach one when they don’t have the receipt on Company Credit card charges
