Advanced Configuration Admin Support

Hi there!

Is there a sub group for those who are new to Advanced Configuration? I just received the unrestricted access recently and I'd like to find some support for advanced administrators who have this level of access when working through an issue in configuration, if possible. Thank you!

@tkgudmunson Congratulations on getting your Advanced Configuration Access. There is an Admin Group in the SAP Concur Community. I suggest that you request to join the Admin Group.

To access the Admin Group, navigate to Groups and click on Admin Group.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi @KevinD

Perhaps this is a case for Admin group assignment.

@leedau Thank you! I am in that group but I am having trouble finding answers to deeper level configuration issues I'm having because I would assume not a lot of Admins have the additional access. I will keep digging, thank you!

@tkgudmunson soooo, you don't think myself or my other two colleagues could answer your configuration questions? 😉 My ego has just taken a hit. LOL. Give us a try. I think between the three of us, we might be able to help. Plus...I have access to many other SAP Concurians that know A LOT!

I would suggest though, posting in the admin group. There are people in that group with unrestricted access as well and are very knowledgeable. If no one there, including myself and my colleagues that don't know the answer, we can certainly ask around and get you some guidance.

Thank you,

HAHA! I was thinking of searching, not posting! That makes total sense, thank you! I don't like posting questions, I usually just search for my question. Be careful what you ask for! 😏

@tkgudmunson Bring it. LOL. Have you not seen how many questions I respond to here? 🙂

Searching only works if someone has either had the same issue prior or someone posted an article about it. So, when you don't find your topic, post, post, post.
