Hello fellow Concur admins,
After attending Concur Fusion in NYC this month, I realized I need help in fully exploiting the power of the Concur platform. I'm hoping to create a matrix for my organization which will show the various administrative functions and the responsible parties/groups for each. The goal of the exercise is to not only clearly identify roles and responsibilities, but also to identify gaps.
Have any of you done something similar in your organization that you'd be willing to share?
I'm thinking something like this:
- User administration > AP manager
- Special user permissions > IT admin #1
- Configuration changes
- Audit rules > IT admin #2
- List management > IT admin #1
- Travel policy > TMC
- End user assistance > Business admin #1
