Adding test groups to test users to test Concur verify

Hi,

We are creating test users and need to assign a test group to these users to submit expenses for Verify testing. The test group we are using has already an inactive workflow assigned to it. Does anyone know if Concur will make this workflow active and tailor it  for verify or do we need a group that has no policy and workflow assigned to it yet?

what do you mean by “ the workflow is not active” ?
SAP Concur suggests that you create a test group and you can assign to it the workflow that you will also use for live if you want to verify that the approval process is working as desired.

Validation of Workfl ows:
When testing workfl ow, you should add a suffi cient number of test employees to validate all theworkfl ow steps and workfl ow rules in all their workfl ows. Typically, this means running a set of test cases where you create a test report that triggers each workfl ow rule and workfl ow step.
