Adding personal car

When I go to Concur -> Profile -> Personal Settings I don't see "Personal Car" option in my menu tree - see uploaded picture. Who can add a "Personal Car" option in my Concur site?

@arekras I looked at your SAP Concur profile and you are set up as an approver only. That is why your don't have the Personal Car option. Apparently when your profile was set up, you weren't someone who would be submitting expenses.

Do you know you can modify my privileges, so I can not only approve but also submit expenses? Is it even possible in my engineering role at GE?
