Adding credit card to Concur account

How do i add a credit card to my concur account

Hi I am unable to add a screenshot but if you go to Profile Settings (click on Profile on the top right of the home page), you will see Credit Card Information listed under Profile Options. The credit card section is at the bottom of the next page.
