Adding additional users to view expense reports

I have someone that needs to be able to view multiple users reports but is not an admin and is not the person that will be approving said reports. Is there another setting that needs to be updated besides adding this person as a delegate to those accounts?

@jreininger the delegate feature is what we consider the best practice for this. You can set the delegate to Prepare only. This way they can access the report, could even add to the report, but that is all. They cannot submit it.

What should she be seeing once someone has added her as a delegate? Can she go to the upper top right corner and "act as that user" like we can as admins?

@jreininger That's it. Pretty much just like you can do as an admin.
