Add comments as a column to the expense table

Hello,

I would like to be able to view the employees expense reports in the table, and see the comments they added to each expense.

I searched the list settings but didnt find such a title to add. 

Is the only way to view comments is press the expense line and view it in the box to the right? I need it concentrated in one table.

@LIMORSON you would need to use Cognos reporting to build a report that would show all the comments that are associated to an expense report or expense entry line item. From the processor screen, you have to view comments by opening each report separately.

Thank kevin. what is Cognos reporting? Is this an add-in?

@LIMORSON No it is not an add-in. It is a tool that allows you to build custom reports. There are certain permissions you need to have added to your SAP Concur profile to be able to access Cognos and to be able to build your own reports.
