Add additional expense credit card

I replaced my credit card and am attempting to add the new credit card to my profile. When I enter in my american express account information, yodlee says that the details are saved and updated. However, the card is not added when I refer back to the concur website. Can anyone offer some help?

@pcollins0007 could you provide a screenshot of the screen you used to enter your card info and then where you checked to see if it was saved, please?

 

Also, is your AMEX a personal AMEX?
