Add a hyperlink in to exception message

Has anyone used the option to add a Hyperlink to an exception message to redirect the user to an external URL (Generally an Internal Policy guide Link)?  Do you have any guidance!

I tried a sample as below but it output the same text instead of a hyperlink.

<a href="http://www.google.com">www.google.com</a>

I've never used this but would be interested if you get it working. Where did you find the documentation about this feature?

I checked with Concur and unfortunately, it is not possible to embed a hyperlink to an exception message.
