Accumulated distance to date: Incorrect Submission - How to amend?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to amend the Accumulated distance to date (this period)?

Annoyingly I submitted my total mileage incorrectly when setting up my personal car which surpasses the 10k limit in the UK.

I put the car's total mileage, not that which I've used in the last year.

Can we get this amended at all? I need to submit some mileage for last week at the correct rate.

We have just implemented Concur and a number of employees put the wrong number of miles for Accumulated distance to date

What was the solution to this issue please? I have a user who has the same problem and has entered her odometer reading in error!
