Accidentally deleted a transaction before reporting it

Is there a way to recover a credit card transaction I deleted? I was deleting other transactions that I had already included in a report and deleted one that hasn't been reported. Can I recover it? Thank you.

That is not true - deleted card transactions become User Hidden but a Concur card administrator can release them back to the user's Concur account, where they will appear in Available Expenses.

@Vijarchana as @DeanR said, user deleted transactions can be re-released to users.

Hi,

As soon as you delete it, it is erased from system and even admin will not have access to it.

I would suggest you to check with your finance dept to report it under normal expense and modify the type of payment if possible for Concur admin in your company later.

Regards,

@goodpump74 you will need to contact your company's corporate card administrator and have them re-release it to you. These people are usually in Finance, Accounting or Payroll departments.
