@BABU1604 you could provide them all with the Expense Processor role. This allows them to see reports from the Process Reports screen. The list of reports they see, which can be customized by running queries, can be exported to Excel.
The other option to see Expense Report data is to use Cognos Reporting to run reports that contains the data you want. Cognos allows for seeing as much or as little data in a single report that you need. This requires you to add the Cognos Consumer permission to each of the users.
It also requires someone to build the report in Cognos to show the data you are looking for.
The good news is, no new Group is needed. They are just assigned permissions to each user.
