ATTENDEE by GROUP

Is it possible to restrict the sharing of an attendee created by a member of an employee group so that it is only accessible to that specific employee group and not to others?

Hi @raluca_sandu ,

 

As per my understanding you want to restrict sharing of individual user (attendee) and it should be only accessible to specific employee group. I think it is not feasible.

 

However, you can restrict attendee types by user groups. You can refer to the below information from the supporting document:

@raluca_sandu where was this attendee created? Was it created on an expense report or was it created by a site administrator? Admins can create attendees in Attendee Admin and users can create new attendees directly on their expense reports. However, users cannot share the attendees they created. I should say I've never seen this as a feature.

Yes, that is clear to me.
But can you define when creating attendees as an attendee administrator which group to share them with or will they be visible for the whole company?
